I don't understand I went to buy parts at 1 pm with the store open but the cashier is closed if it doesn't sell parts why not disclose that the parts sector doesn't work lunch time?

Liga para o número (79) 2107-5050 uma colaboradora atende e transfere a ligação para o setor de peças, dai então tudo tranquilo. Mas, quem está no setor de peças no qual o cliente precisa fazer um orçamento já que a moto encontra-se na garantia e a bateria não, atende o telefone (tira do gancho) mas deixa o cliente sem atendimento! Acredito que, por mais que esteja ocupado(a), avise ao mesmo e o pior que foi por 2x!
Insatisfação imensa deste tipo de atendimento!!

Call the number (79) 2107-5050, an employee answers and transfers the call to the parts department, then everything goes smoothly. But, who is in the parts sector in which the customer needs to make a budget since the motorcycle is under warranty and the battery is not, answer the phone (take it off the hook) but leave the customer without service! I believe that, as busy as you are, let me know and the worst thing is that it was 2x!
Extremely dissatisfied with this type of service!!
