★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente fiquei mega e extremamente INSATISFEITO E DECEPCIONADO, com trabalho e conhecimento técnico desta Loja. NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM A LOJA MOTOR UP, situado no Juscelino Kubischek, o conserto do meu ar-condicionado carro FIT durou apenas 3 semanas. Falei com Washington dono da Loja, e fui informado que nunca viu esse problema e não podia fazer nada. E infelizmente fiquei no prejuízo de R$ 700,00 pago a vista.
Really I was mega and extremely UNSATISFIED and DECEPTIONED, with work and technical knowledge of this store. I DO NOT INDICATE ANYONE THE MOTOR STORE UP, situated in Juscelino Kubischek, the repair of my FIT car air conditioner lasted only 3 weeks. I spoke with Washington who owns the Lodge, and was told that he never saw this problem and could do nothing. And unfortunately I was at the loss of $ 700.00 paid in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro ( fiesta 2015) quebrou ha 2 postes antes desta loja, estourou o cavalete d'água, e quando vi que estava próximo a uma Oficina, pensei , opa, não estou com tanto azar assim, deixei meu carro na rua e fui até a mecanica ,tinha um funcionário encostado na parede , expliquei o que houve, e o funcionario pediu para falar com um rapaz prox que seria o dono.
Expliquei que meu carro estava sem agua a poucos metros dali , se alguem poderia me ajudar a levar o carro por cerca de 30 metros ate a oficina dele, para realizar o concerto.
Fui surpreendido com uma grosseria das mais tristes que ja presenciei, o tal dono falou que não arruma carros na rua , e que eu tinha que dar um jeito,para levar o carro la , e quando sobrasse tempo ele iria ver... Expliquei novamente que o carro estava sem água e a poucos metros da Oficina, que necessitava de uma ajuda para levar o carro até a oficina...novamente de forma absurdamente grosseira o tal dono disse que os clientes dele possuem seguro, e que era para eu guinchar meu carro 30 metros até a loja dele .
Obviamente eu guinchei meu carro , porem nao levei na loja deste senhor. A falta de empatia na hora que o próximo precisou de um auxílio foi tremenda , a oficina estava vazia ... ou seja, o rapaz tem a sorte de ter uma empresa em uma avenida top , mas se acha o rei da rua . Eu me senti humil hado com a forma que fui tratado , a sensação que tive , foi que meu carro era velho demais para esta super Oficina, passo em frente todos os dias , e o dia que esta empresa fechar as portas e encerrar as atividades, certamente soltarei um sorriso.
My car (fiesta 2015) broke 2 posts before this store, the water easel blew, and when I saw it was next to a workshop, I thought, oh, I'm not so unlucky, I left my car on the street and went to the mechanic, had an employee leaning against the wall, I explained what happened, and the employee asked to speak to a guy who would be the owner next.
I explained that my car was out of water a few meters away, if someone could help me take the car for about 30 meters to his workshop, to perform the concert.
I was surprised with one of the saddest rudeness I've ever witnessed, the owner said he doesn't park cars on the street, and that I had to find a way to take the car there, and when there was time he would see... I explained again that the car was without water and a few meters from the Workshop, that I needed help to take the car to the workshop...again, in an absurdly rude way, the owner said that his clients have insurance, and that I was supposed to squeal my car 30 meters to his store.
Obviously I towed my car, but I didn't take it to this gentleman's shop. The lack of empathy when the next one needed help was tremendous, the workshop was empty... that is, the boy is lucky to have a company on a top avenue, but he thinks he is the king of the street. I felt humiliated with the way I was treated, the feeling I had was that my car was too old for this super workshop, I step forward every day, and the day this company closes its doors and closes its activities, I will certainly smile.
