★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motorac e os vendedores na hora de vender planos e consórcio tem uma lábia mais na hora de entregar a moto que demora. Faz 35 dias que paguei o lance e já paguei duas parcela já paguei mais de 70% da moto e até hoje nada.
Ninguém da satisfação.
Motorac and the sellers when it comes to selling plans and the consortium has a lot more language when it comes to delivering the motorcycle that takes time. It's been 35 days since I paid the bid and I've already paid two installments, I've paid more than 70% of the bike and until today nothing.
Nobody's satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo o atendimento por parte de uma funcionária. Fui olhar a moto na gual queria comprar a vista . E ao encosta um dedo na mesma me orientou nao encostar nela pra não arranhar. (Achou que nao poderia comprar ) como asim ? Não poder tocar . Só não quis falar nada pra não constranger minha esposa.
Bad service from an employee. I went to look at the bike and wanted to buy the view. And when I touched a finger, she told me not to touch it so as not to scratch. (Did you think you couldn't buy it)? Not being able to touch. I just didn't want to say anything to avoid embarrassing my wife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento HORRIVEL. Até parece que você é transparente eles nem se levantam para lhe atender. Cheguei na loja tinha dois atendentes com um só cliente e outros conversando. Fiquei cerca de 15mim sem atendimento. Já tinham me falado do PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO da MOTORAC- Santa Cruz do Capibaribe hoje 10/12/21 tive a certeza da falta de respeito com o cliente pois entrei para comprar uma moto mas pela falta de atendimento comprei em outro lugar.
HORRIBLE service. It even seems like you're transparent they don't even get up to meet you. I arrived at the store had two attendants with only one customer and others talking. I was about 15min unattended. They had already told me about the BAD SERVICE from MOTORAC- Santa Cruz do Capibaribe today 12/10/21 I was sure of the lack of respect with the customer because I went in to buy a motorcycle but due to the lack of service I bought it elsewhere.
