A Samsung não resolveu o problema, a garantia não cobre umidade no aparelho.
Só se eu pagasse para uma autorizada da Samsung em São Paulo.
Eu resolvi pesquisar e foi aí que eu encontrei a motorcell ... no shopping da cidade...
Meu celular está perfeito...
Assistência técnica fez um excelente trabalho... dou ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ estrelas
I bought a cell phone from Samsung j6 three months of use, gave moisture problem on the power button on and off "did not work".
Samsung did not solve the problem, the warranty does not cover moisture in the device.
Only if I paid for a Samsung dealer in Sao Paulo.
I decided to search and that's when I found motorcell ... at the mall in town ...
My cell phone is perfect ...
Technical support did a great job ... I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars
