★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei uma moto pra fazer o motor, andei 01 mês e o motor quebrou, não tiveram interesse de arrumar. Péssima assistência técnica, nem desmontaram o motor pra ver o verdadeiro motivo de quebrar, simplesmente fizeram o serviço, paguei, mas não me deram garantia. A l9ja é bonita, organizada, os funcionários são atenciosos, mas garantir o trabalho mesmo não. Problemas de motor é melhor procurar outra representante da dafra.
Então em resposta : vcs nem abriram a moto pra ver o que aconteceu, deram um parecer sem ver o que aconteceu, e sobre garantia, foi muito legal sua resposta que não dá a garantia, foi bom para as pessoas verem que a garantia só funciona se comprar suas peças que são caríssimas. O Sr tem que Ler o código do consumidor, lá diz que se comprometer a fazer, tem que garantir. Mas tudo bem. Fica aqui meu testemunho pra quem precisar fazer o motor, e saber que não vai ter garantia. Pode ser que alguns deram sorte. Infelizmente não recomendo essa oficina pra serviços mais especializados, acho que trocar óleo da pra fazer.
 I left a motorcycle to make the engine, I rode 01 month and the engine broke, they had no interest in fixing it. Bad technical assistance, they didn't even disassemble the engine to see the real reason for breaking, they just did the service, I paid, but they didn't give me a warranty. L9ja is beautiful, organized, the employees are attentive, but not guaranteeing the work. Engine problems better look for another dafra dealer.
So in response: you didn't even open the bike to see what happened, you gave an opinion without seeing what happened, and about warranty, it was very cool your answer that doesn't give the warranty, it was good for people to see that the warranty only works if you buy your pieces that are very expensive. You have to read the consumer code, there it says that you commit to doing it, you have to guarantee it. But it's alright. Here is my testimony for those who need to make the engine, and know that there will be no warranty. Maybe some got lucky. Unfortunately I don't recommend this workshop for more specialized services, I think changing the oil can do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha next estava precisando de uma revisão urgente e também estava com luz de injeção acessa e acelerada.
Levei a moto na Oliver Motos e após deixar ela para uma revisão e verificar os erros e o Matheus me passou o orçamento e tudo o que ela precisava fazer na moto aprovei o orçamento e foi feito tudo nela, após pegar ela a moto parecia outra moto muito top porém após 2 dias ela estava acendendo a luz de temperatura, levei novamente neles que por sinal sempre foram atenciosos e me informaram que ou poderia ser junta ou radiador me informando valores previamente e verificaram radiador e estava ok aí eles me passaram que poderia ser junta e que se eu aprovasse o orçamento eles iriam desmontar e fazer o serviço e mandar fotos que e de praxe dos caras.
Aprovei o orçamento e para minha surpresa depois de 1 dia o Matheus me informou que o defeito era apenas as mangueiras invertidas e que não cobrariam nada por isso OBS :(uns dias antes de levar na oliver para revisao levei em uma outra mecânica da av. Aricanduva e os caras lá tinha invertido a mangueira por não saberem mecher na minha moto).
Peguei a moto e ela está top.
Então venho aqui agradecer e indicar os caras da Oliver Motos pelo excelente trabalho e honestidade pelo trabalho prestado o Matheus e o Oliver são feras e muito gente boa.
My next was in need of an urgent review and was also with injection light on and accelerated.
I took the bike in Oliver Motorcycles and after leaving it for a review and check for errors and Matheus gave me the budget and all she needed to do on the bike approved the budget and has done everything it after taking it the bike seemed another bike very top but after two days she was lighting the light temperature, took again in them which by the way were always attentive and informed me that or could be attached or radiator informing me previously values and found the radiator and was ok then they passed me it could be joint and if I approve the budget they would dismount and do the job and send photos and usual guys.
I approved the budget and to my surprise after 1 day Matheus informed me that the defect was only reversed hoses and do not would charge anything for it NOTE: (a few days before bringing in oliver for revision took on another mechanics av. Aricanduva and the guys there had reversed the hose for not knowing Mecher on my bike).
I took the bike and it's top.
So I come here to thank and give the guys of Oliver Motos for the excellent work and honesty for work done Matheus and Oliver are beasts and very good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma mecânica especializada nas motocicletas Dafra. Apesar de ser um local bem distante pra mim, resolvi arriscar e fui surpreendido com um bom atendimento e bons reparos na moto. Vale ressaltar que os funcionários sempre foram educados e que sempre passam confiança. Quanto ao quesito de manutenção, algumas peças estavam em falta, porém a culpa é por conta da fabricante da moto que infelizmente não dá um bom suporte aos seus clientes. Não houveram problemas com a moto e quando necessitar novamente, levarei a moto lá.
It is a mechanic specialized in Dafra motorcycles. Despite being a very distant place for me, I decided to take a risk and was surprised with good service and good repairs on the bike.
