★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma experiência boa, cheguei na loja informando que havia comprado uma moto e queria deixar a mesma confiável para uso, me informaram que o ideal era fazer uma revisão, Fiz a revisão, passei o dia lá (por opção minha) gastei uns 600 reais. Revisão feita nas cochas com correria mas senti confiança no mecânico, pois bem. Uma semana depois a moto não queria ligar, fui na MotoCruz ao lado, pois queria ver como era o atendimentos deles me colocaram uma bateria nova e depois de uma semana novamente a moto voltou a não ligar...Indo lá a MotoCruz revisou todo o sistema elétrico (sem custos) e identificou que havia uma conector estragado que fez queimar a bateria. Fiquei frustrado pois havia feito a revisão na MotoShock Fui lá tirar satisfação e os mesmos informarão que a culpa não era deles pois eu devia ter solicitado uma revisão completa mecânica/elétrica.
Ou seja eu como pessoa leiga que chega na loja deles pedindo pra deixar a moto zero deveria saber que existem vários tipos de revisão ou eles que deveriam ter me informado na hora que expliquei que queria a moto zero?!
Fica minha história para vocês tirarem suas conclusões!!!
I didn't have a good experience, I arrived at the store informing that I had bought a motorcycle and wanted to make it reliable for use, they informed me that the ideal was to have a review, I did the review, I spent the day there (by choice) I spent about 600 real. Revision done on the coaches with a run but I felt confident in the mechanic as well. A week later the bike didn't want to start, I went to the MotoCruz next door, because I wanted to see how their care was, they put me a new battery and after a week again the bike didn't start again... Going there, MotoCruz reviewed the whole electrical system (free of charge) and identified that there was a damaged connector that caused the battery to burn. I was frustrated because I had done the overhaul at MotoShock I went there to get satisfaction and they will inform me that it wasn't their fault because I should have asked for a complete mechanical/electrical overhaul.
In other words, as a lay person who arrives at their store asking me to leave the moto zero, should I know that there are several types of revisions or they should have informed me when I explained that I wanted the moto zero?!
Here is my story for you to draw your conclusions!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se prepare pro chá de cadeira, Serviço lerdo e não assertivo, Levei minha moto pra revisão apenas cm problema na hora de ligar, Tive a infeliz ideia de falar que tinha comprado a moto recentemente e queria uma revisão de motor e tudo, Aí foi que eles se aproveitaram e condenaram tudo do motor e ainda dps do serviço o cabeçote apresentou um trinco, Me deixando bastante aborrecido, Pois paguei um valor alto confiando que estaria saindo cm a moto 100%, E agora vão colocar um cabeçote usado, Dps volto pra atualizar esse comentário.
Get ready for chair tea, Slow service and not assertive, I took my bike to an overhaul just in case when I called, I had the unfortunate idea of saying that I had recently purchased the bike and wanted an engine overhaul and everything, That's when they took advantage and condemned everything from the engine and even dps from the service, the head had a latch, leaving me very annoyed, because I paid a high price, trusting that the bike would come out 100%, And now theyre going to put in a used head, Dps Ill go back to update this comment.

you don't have any commitment to your bike bad service it takes a lot of days to deliver your bike and if you work with your bike I don't recommend it. Capable of you losing your job because of the store don't leave your bike there without any commitment
