★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive 15 dias atrás nesse estabelecimento fazendo a revisão da minha moto e aparentemente tive um bom atendimento, mas hoje a tarde tive a infelicidade de retornar e ter um serviço simples e prático negado, será que o cliente é importante pelo valor que ele agrega ou pelo serviço que ele procura, se vou voltar lá ou não isso só o tempo dirá , mas fiquei abismado com a postura e a negativa que recebi assim que desembarquei da moto hoje.

Estive hj pela manhã para deixar minha moto para revisão, até então me receberam bem, e fui trabalhar, recebi um ligação informando sobre duas peças que segundo eles teria que trocar , autorizei uma e a outra não por saber que não seria nesseçario, quando fui buscar a moto no fim do dia tive a surpresa de ser tão mau tratado em um ambiente onde sempre respeitei, fui tratado com grosseria e arrogância, por não querer trocar uma lâmpada do farol que segundo eles poderia dar problema na bateria, (mentira).
Diante da minha recusa , foi dito que eu não teria garantia da bateria que acabava de trocar , recebi insultos e piadas.
Seria esse a nova política de tratamento da motoshow com seus clientes ? Será que só é bem tratado quando fazemos oq eles querem ? Me sinto indignado pelo tratamento dado e olha que meu serviço ficou no vale de $320,00 , imagina se tivesse dado menos de cem !

Faced with my refusal, it was said that I had no guarantee of the battery that had just changed, I received insults and jokes.
Was this the new motoshow treatment policy with its customers? Is it only treated well when we do what they want? I feel outraged by the treatment given and look that my service was worth $ 320.00, imagine if I had given less than a hundred!
