★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram a instalação, ficou faltando a persiana ela lateral do envidracamento, me disseram que vinham no dia seguinte, fiquei esperando e não vieram. Depois me falaram que só poderia depois de 1 semana no horário errado e qd vieram só colocaram a lateral e ficou faltando a persiana. Aí me disseram que só poderia agendar depois de 5 dias. Tentei conversar pra adiantar, mas disseram que já estão com o itinerário fechado, muito enrolados.
 They did the installation, the blind on the side of the glazing was missing, they told me they were coming the next day, I was waiting and they didn't come. Then they told me that it could only be done after 1 week at the wrong time and when they came they only put the side and the blind was missing. Then they told me that I could only schedule it after 5 days. I tried to talk to advance, but they said they already have the itinerary closed, very messed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O fechamento da sacada já havia ficado ótimo, mas o diferencial foi quando eu tive problemas por mau-uso e a turma veio ajustar sem custo. Mais do que isso, os funcionários foram super prestativos e consertaram tudo na mesma hora, me explicando a forma correta de abrir e fechar,. Ainda, deixaram tudo limpo e foram uma simpatia. Faria de novo, sem dúvidas!
The balcony closing had already been great, but the difference was when I had problems due to misuse and the gang came to adjust it free of charge. More than that, the employees were super helpful and fixed everything on the spot, explaining to me the correct way to open and close. Still, they kept everything clean and were very sympathetic. I would do it again, no doubt about it!

I hired the balcony glazing service with Mr Rodrigo. I am very satisfied with the service. I was always very well attended and Rodrigo was always willing to answer questions. The professional who did the installation was Rafael and I really liked his work. Attentive, organized and kept everything clean. I recommend the company Motta for sure.
