Clean and well-organized lounge! The only place I found a schedule for the end of the year in the region... the receptionist attended me very well and the manicures too... I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível e quando digo isso é por que foi , meu cabelo estava na cintura pedi para cabeleireira cortar no máximo 2 dedos e deixar a frente com degrade . Ela cortou meu cabelo todo errado , tive que passar com um outro profissional para concertar . Resumindo meu cabelo ficou mais ou menos 2 dedos a baixo do ombro e ainda com alguns defeitos da outra cabeleira . O valor do corte é caro então achamos que o profissional seria competente o suficiente para fazer um bom trabalho .
My experience was horrible and when I say that's why it was, my hair was down to my waist I asked the hairdresser to cut a maximum of 2 fingers and leave the front with gradient. She cut my hair all wrong, I had to go to another professional to fix it. In short my hair was more or less 2 fingers below the shoulder and still with some defects in the other hair. The cut value is expensive so we thought the professional would be competent enough to do a good job.

A depiladora não usa luvas no processo e ela puxa os pêlos para todos os lados, ou seja, muito provavelmente vou ficar com pêlos encravados.
Achei bem anti higiênico o local da depilação, eles usam toalhas para cobrir as macas e não papel, e a pinça não era descartável, ela utilizou uma pinça tirada da própria necessarie dela onde claramente não havia sido esterilizada.
Fora que marquei a depilação e me deram um valor, informei exatamente o que ia fazer e me cobraram outro valor que foi praticamente o dobro do preço.
Não voltaria, pela falta de higiene, prática e a falta de profissionalismo, se não sabe o valor então o salão claramente não está preparado para oferecer um serviço.
Charlatanismo puro.
Very disappointed with the service.
The epilator doesn't wear gloves in the process and it pulls the hairs from all sides, so I'm most likely going to get ingrown hairs.
I found the waxing place to be very unhygienic, they use towels to cover the stretchers and not paper, and the tweezers were not disposable, she used tweezers taken from her own toiletry where it had clearly not been sterilized.
Apart from that I scheduled the waxing and they gave me a price, I told them exactly what I was going to do and they charged me another amount that was practically double the price.
I wouldn't go back, due to the lack of hygiene, practice and lack of professionalism, if you don't know the value then the salon is clearly not prepared to offer a service.
Pure quackery.
