★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, marquei uma visita em uma casa, que gostei bastante, anunciada no site da imobiliária no Conjunto Alvorada em Poá, sai de Itaquá com minha filha pequena, chegando no local o Corretor estava em outro endereço e perdi viagem. Se a "imobiliária" não tem competência para concluir uma visita corretamente, imagina para vender ou administrar um imóvel.
I do not recommend it, I booked a visit to a house, which I really liked, announced on the real estate website at Conjunto Alvorada in Poá, leaving Itaquá with my little daughter, arriving at the place the Broker was at another address and missed the trip. If the "real estate company" does not have the competence to conclude a visit correctly, imagine to sell or manage a property.
