★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de uma mesa com 6 cadeira (largura 1,60) no valor de 2350, onde 1867,50 foram a vista (cartão de débito)e o restante no cartao de crédito,via zap da vendedora da loja.
Efetuaram a entrrga no dia correto, paguei no ato da entrega os valores acima.
Ao conferir as medidas verifiquei que a mesa era de 1.80, que ficaria atrapalhando a passagem da minha sala, solicitei que trocasse mas a loja não tinha mesa de 1,60, como já estava a uma semana do natal ,solicitei que estornasse e que buscasse a mercadorias.
Com 3 dias buscaram, e me informaram que o estorno somente com 10 dias. Aguardei, porém até o momento o valor pago no débito não foi estornado ! No dia 22 foi estornado, somente 1/3 do valor no credito. O dono da loja diz qur vai ligar para financeira mas ate o monento não tive retorno.
I purchased a table with 6 chairs (width 1.60) in the amount of 2350, where 1867.50 was the view (debit card) and the rest on the credit card, via the store salesperson's zap.
They made the delivery on the correct day, I paid on delivery the values above.
When checking the measurements, I found that the table was 1.80, which would hinder the passage of my room, I asked to change it, but the store did not have a 1.60 table, as it was already a week before Christmas, I asked you to go back and look for it goods.
With 3 days they searched, and informed me that the chargeback with only 10 days. I waited, but so far the amount paid in debit has not been reversed! On the 22nd, it was reversed, only 1/3 of the credit amount. The store owner says he's going to call the finance company, but until now, I haven't had a return.
