★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha esposa compramos um sofá nessa loja, por que pensávamos em qualidade e conforto. O conforto do sofá é maravilhoso, agora a qualidade foi uma Decepção enorme . Fomos na moveis casa verde justamente pra não ter problema com nada, e o nosso sofá desde quando chegou, depois de alguns dias as fibras começaram a soltar. Ligamos na loja e eles pegaram o sofá pra conserto e nos devolveram alguns dias depois. Novamente o problema voltou a acontecer, as fibras do sofá estão soltando cada dia mais, entramos em contato novamente e a empresa informou que já não tem mais garantia. Estamos muito triste com a situação e pela falta do suporte que não vão nos dar. Sendo que é um problema que já aconteceu , eles disseram que resolveram, mais não fizeram nada. E quem ficará no prejuízo somos nós.
My wife and I bought a sofa in this store, because we thought about quality and comfort. The comfort of the sofa is wonderful, now the quality was a huge Disappointment. We went to the green house furniture just to have no problem with anything, and our sofa since it arrived, after a few days the fibers started to loosen. We called the store and they took the sofa in for repair and returned it to us a few days later. Again the problem happened again, the sofa fibers are loosening more and more, we contacted again and the company informed that it no longer has a warranty. We are very sad about the situation and the lack of support that they will not give us. Since it's a problem that has already happened, they said they solved it, but they didn't do anything. And who will be at the loss is us.
