★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um guarda roupa de casal nesse estabelecimento. O prazo era de dez dias para entrega. Quando fossem entregar eles avisam pelo celular, porém ligaram para mim e eu não vi a ligação e não tentaram de novo. Quando liguei disseram que o guarda roupa que eu tinha escolhido e pago (a vista) foi entregue a outra pessoa e que eu teria de esperar chegar novas cores para receber o meu. E para piorar eles ficaram me enrolando dizendo que nao tinha chego a mercadoria ou que tinha atrasado.
Como pode uma loja entregar um produto sem conferir o nome do cliente e o endereço, simplesmente entregam a qualquer um.
E já passou o prazo determinado e eles querem enrolar mais e mais.
CUIDADO CONSUMIDORES.
I bought a double wardrobe at this establishment. The deadline was ten days for delivery. When they deliver, they tell me on their cell phone, but they called me and I didn't see the call and didn't try again. When I called they said that the wardrobe I had chosen and paid for (the cash) was delivered to someone else and that I would have to wait for new colors to arrive to receive mine. And to make matters worse they kept teasing me saying that the goods had not arrived or that I was late.
How can a store deliver a product without checking the customer's name and address, simply deliver it to anyone.
And the deadline has passed and they want to roll over and over.
