★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja é ótimo. O vendedor é educado e solícito. O inferno é o pós venda. Comprei um guarda roupas, específicamente, pelas corrediças das gavetas. Me entregaram com corrediças completamente diferentes. As portas desnivelaram algumas vezes e o responsável por verificar essas questões é uma criatura lamentável que vai à sua casa, apenas, para dizer que o material fornecido é superior ao que você solicitou e , é uma burrice querer trocar ( a troca já havia sido solicitada) mas, se você quiser trocar, é só retornar a loja mas, é uma grande burrice fazer isso. Foi a primeira e a única compra. Não recomendo.
The in-store service is great. The seller is polite and solicitous. Hell is the after-sale. I bought a wardrobe, specifically, by the drawers slides. They delivered me with completely different slides. The doors have fallen off a few times and the person responsible for checking these issues is a pitiful creature who comes to your house only to say that the material provided is superior to what you requested and is stupid to want to change (the exchange had already been requested ) but, if you want to trade, just go back to the store, but it's a dumb thing to do that. It was the first and only purchase. Would not recommend.
