★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou tentar resumir essa novela... Fechei o contrato com a Espaço VIP no dia 11/09/2021 mais ou menos dia 30/10/2021 que assinei o projeto para dar início nos móveis. O prazo de entrega de contrato é de 60 dias úteis. Estava tão ansiosa que cobrei poucos dias antes do prazo a responsável pelo agendamento da entrega e ainda fui informada que este prazo era pra eles agendarem e não entregar. Tirei foto do contrato para mostrar para a pessoa que ela estava errada. Após conseguir o agendamento e concluírem a instalação, faltaram alguns acessórios, uma fita de borda de acabamento e uma peça veio errado. +10 dias pra agendar vistoria... Enviei para o vistoriador a lista de tudo que tinha que ser verificado... ele esqueceu da peça do mdf de novo.. cobrei a responsável pelo agendamento e ela ficou de verificar, e pediram mais 40 dias úteis. O prazo era dia 25/03 e não tive posição de ninguém... lá vai eu cobrá-los.. agendaram pro dia 13/03, mandei a lista de novo pra confirmar se viriam todos os itens e disseram que sim. Chega o técnico aqui com os acessórios, com a peça em mdf tamanho errado de novo e sem o fita de borda. Dia 20/03 entraram em contato comigo pra remontar todo meu móvel e eu disse que só autorizo vindo com essa bendita fita de borda pra deixar o móvel com acabamento. E até hoje não tive posição.
RESUMO DA OBRA: 124 DIAS ÚTEIS.
Se contratá-los tome cuidado e atente-se aos prazos... Código do consumidor ta ai pra isso e as empresas precisam ter mais responsabilidades.
Eu to aqui aguardando concluírem meu móvel e já estou com problema em duas corrediças... acho que essa novela não vai acabar tão cedo..
I'll try to summarize this soap opera... I signed the contract with Espaço VIP on 09/11/2021 more or less on 10/30/2021 when I signed the project to start the furniture. The contract delivery period is 60 working days. I was so anxious that I charged the person responsible for scheduling the delivery a few days before the deadline and was even informed that this deadline was for them to schedule and not deliver. I took a picture of the contract to show the person they were wrong. After getting the appointment and completing the installation, some accessories were missing, a finishing edge tape and a part came wrong. +10 days to schedule an inspection... I sent the inspector a list of everything that had to be checked... he forgot the mdf piece again.. I charged the person responsible for the appointment and she checked, and they asked for another 40 working days. The deadline was 03/25 and I didn't have anyone's position... there I go to charge them.. they scheduled for 03/13, I sent the list again to confirm if all the items would arrive and they said yes. The technician arrives here with the accessories, with the wrong size mdf piece again and without the edge tape. On the 20/03th they got in touch with me to reassemble all my furniture and I said that I only authorize it to come with this blessed edge tape to finish the furniture. And to this day I have not had a position.
SUMMARY OF THE WORK: 124 BUSINESS DAYS.
If you hire them, be careful and pay attention to deadlines... Consumer Code is there for that and companies need to have more responsibilities.
I'm here waiting for my furniture to be finished and I'm already having a problem with two runners... I think this soap opera won't end anytime soon..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a minha melhor experiência em toda minha reforma, sabemos bem que passar por reformas não é fácil, enfrentamos problemas com fornecedores e prestadores de serviço dependendo do tamanho da obra é ainda mais difícil, ter empresas de boa qualidade e bom atendimento ao nosso lado é muito importante nessas horas.
Eles me respeitaram durante a venda e me deram espaço para pensar e decidir, após fechar negócio foram maleáveis na forma de pagamento, a segunda etapa foi com o engenheiro que verificou cada detalhe funcional do projeto, assinei cada folha ciente do que seria entregue, sai da loja com o projeto em 3D e renderizado podendo sonhar com aquele apartamento.
Pra fechar com chave de ouro a montagem foi impecável, caprichosa, pedi algumas modificações e um supervisor de montagem me atendeu e conduziu cada ajuste.
Enfim foi meu maior investimento na obra e de longe o melhor, tive que vender meu carro, no começo senti um pouco, mas agora que vi pronto tenho certeza que valeu a pena o sacrifício.
Empresas como essas merecem crescer, cliente precisa ser valorizado.

They respected me during the sale and gave me space to think and decide, after closing the deal, they were flexible in the form of payment, the second step was with the engineer who checked every functional detail of the project, signed each sheet aware of what would be delivered, exit from the store with the project in 3D and rendered, being able to dream of that apartment.
To close with a flourish, the assembly was impeccable, capricious, I asked for some modifications and an assembly supervisor assisted me and conducted each adjustment.
Anyway, it was my biggest investment in the work and by far the best one, I had to sell my car, at first I felt a little, but now that I saw it finished I'm sure it was worth the sacrifice.
Companies like these deserve to grow, the customer needs to be valued.
