BAD! They delivered the goods in half, got in touch and informed us that the rest would come soon after and that was 2 months ago. I got in touch and they didn't answer me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O PRODUTO APARENTEMENTE É BOM, COMPREI UMA ESTANTE NO MES 6, VEIO COM MUITAS AVARIAS PORQUE ESTAVA MAL EMBALADO, NÃO FOI POSSÍVEL MONTAR, SOLICITEI SUBSTITUIÇÃO DO PRODUTO QUE VEIO QUEBRADO E ESTOU OUVINDO MENTIRAS E DESCULPAS DESDE 28/06/2021. SEM SOLUÇÃO, CÓDIGO DE RASTREIO QUE NÃO EXISTE....SEM RESPOSTAS, SEM RETORNO...PÉSSIMO PÓS VENDAS.
THE PRODUCT IS APPARENTLY GOOD, I BUYED A SHELF IN THE MONTH 6, IT CAME WITH MANY DAMAGES BECAUSE IT WAS POORLY PACKAGED, IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO ASSEMBLE, I REQUESTED REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT THAT CAME BROKEN AND I HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO LIES AND EXCUSES SINCE 28/06/2021. NO SOLUTION, TRACKING CODE THAT DOESN'T EXIST....NO ANSWERS, NO RETURN...BAD AFTER SALES.

Comprei uma cômoda, eles não indicam nenhum montador para os móveis, contratei um montador, mas as corrediças vieram com defeito, pedi para que trocassem, disseram que iria demorar mais de um mês pois precisavam encomendar, como minha filha estava para nascer pedi uma solução, me disseram para comprar as corrediças e enviar a nota que eles fariam o depósito. Estou desde 4 de março de 2021 aguardando o deposito, já me deram vários prazos e nenhum até agora nada, entro em contato via whatsapp e sempre falam que vou verificar....só gostaria que cumprissem o que foi combinado, se soubesse que iria me dar tanta dor de cabeça teria devolvido o móvel e comprado em outro local. Estou muito insatisfeita e decepcionada,.....
Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this establishment. I bought a dresser, they don't indicate any assembler for the furniture, I hired an assembler, but the slides were defective, I asked for them to be replaced, they said it would take more than a month because they needed to order, as my daughter was about to be born I asked for a solution , told me to buy the slides and send the note that they would make the deposit. I've been waiting for the deposit since March 4th, 2021, I've been given several deadlines and none so far, I get in touch via whatsapp and they always say that I'll check....I'd just like you to comply with what was agreed, if I knew I would giving me such a headache would have returned the furniture and bought it elsewhere. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed,.....
