Pra venda é um prazo pra montagem é outra , e o atendimento do gerente é horrível não resolve nada , além de deixar os clientes esperando .
Rubbish !!!!

Quem estiver querendo comprar alguma coisa. Não escolha Móveis Simonetti o pior atendimento da cidade. Não existe telefone de contato.
Worst place in Teófilo Otoni, I have had my clothes dismantled for more than 15 days without anyone going there to assemble ... I paid the store with the assembly ... now I will have to pay an assembler.
Whoever is looking to buy something. Don't choose Simonetti Furniture the worst service in town. There is no contact phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não resolvem o problema do cliente, não assumem o erro, minha mãe comprou uma cabeceira de cama casal e enviaram a ela uma Queen, estou tentando a troca desde o dia 02/12, e não aceitam, eles se negam a recolherem a cabeceira e enviarem o móvel correto, deram a opção que ela leve até a loja a cabeceira, sendo que ela mora em Nanque para avaliarem a possibilidade da troca, ou seja impossível pois Nanuque está a 160 km de distância. Um desrespeito com a cliente, que pagou caro por um item que não terá uso, devido a incompetência, despreparo e por não assumirem seu erro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo péssima a experiência com a Simonetti, Fizeram a entrega do guarda roupas que comprei mas o montador não foi,. Agora o Guarda roupas está no chão do quarto esperando a boa vontade deles mandarem o montador. Liguei, e me falaram que ainda está no prazo deles para montar. Pessimo, horrivel. Não indico pra ninguém.
The experience with Simonetti is being bad, They delivered the wardrobe I bought but the assembler didn't come. Now the Wardrobe is on the bedroom floor waiting for their goodwill to send the assembler. I called, and they told me it's still on their deadline to assemble. Terrible, horrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.
