★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ela já teve um ótimo atendimento mais de uns tempos pra k o atendimento tem piorado a cada dia acho q precisa fazer uma reciclagem de funcionários e da treinamento pq tem piorado a cada dia entrei 3 vezes para compra um produto e ninguém se prontificou a mim atender assim como outros clientes também e olha q tinha funcionários parado batendo papo e outros no celular espero que eles possam mudar isso.
 She already had a great service more than a few times so the service has been getting worse every day I think I need to do a retraining of employees and the training because it has got worse every day I went 3 times to buy a product and nobody offered me to attend like like other customers too and look q had employees stopped chatting and others on mobile phone hope they can change that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi ok. Porém entregaram outro móvel. Tive que levar para destrocar. Foi feita a troca, td certo. Mas as 2 vezes(o errado e o correto) que entregaram e a 2 vezes que montaram, por mais que eu apelasse, entregam sem avisar dia nem hora.
The service was ok. However they delivered another mobile. I had to take to destroy. It was made the exchange, right td. But the 2 times (the wrong and correct) that delivered and set up 2 times, as much as I would appeal, delivering unannounced day or hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior possível foi minha primeira compra e não indico á meu pior inimigo comprei uma mesa á vista demorou na entrega quando o montador veio montará mesa os assentos da cadeira vieram errados com cores e tamanhos diferentes minhas visitas vieram e foram embora e a reposição não aconteceu fui ao gerente que já tinha mandado rever a situação e nada quando resolveram aparecer sem dizer dia nem hora além de ficarmos á boa vontade do entregador eles ainda trouxeram as peças da cadeira erradas foram grosseiros com minha esposa e minha indignação so aumentou fuina loja falei mais uma vez com o gerente que solicitou outra véz que a reposicao da cadeira fosse feita com tido já tem quase 2 meses acho isso uma falta de respeito ao consumidor fazendo dois meses entro co. Uma ação juntos ao Procon e defesa do consumidor
The worst possible was my first purchase and I do not recommend my worst enemy I bought a table in sight it took delivery when the assembler came to set up the table the chair seats came wrong with different colors and sizes my visits came and went and the replacement did not happen I went to the manager who had already had the situation reviewed and nothing when they decided to show up without saying day or time other than being at the deliveryman's good will. They still brought the wrong chair parts. They were rude to my wife and my indignation only increased. once with the manager who asked for the chair to be repositioned for a long time, it has been almost 2 months now, i think this is a lack of respect for the consumer for two months now. Action together with Procon and consumer protection
