★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insatisfeito total. Comprei uma geladeira Eletrolux que com menos de um mês apresentou defeito. A assistências não pode me ajudar, alegando só poder vir na semana seguinte, e eu não consigo resolver com o gerente pois o mesmo encontra-se no hospital e não tem ninguém competente pra substituí-lo. Agora tenho que ficar sem geladeira até a hora que eles quiserem. Loja Simonetti eu não recomendo ninguém pra comprar nessa loja e muito menos geladeira da Eletrolux.
Total dissatisfied. I bought an Eletrolux refrigerator that was defective in less than a month. Assistance cannot help me, claiming that I can only come the following week, and I cannot resolve it with the manager because he is in the hospital and has no competent person to replace him. Now I have to be without a refrigerator until the time they want. Simonetti store I do not recommend anyone to buy in this store, much less Eletrolux refrigerator.
