Sofa of more than 3k gave a problem in just over 1 year and they didn't give any assistance.

Terrible!!! I bought a sofa for almost 4 thousand along with the waterproofing and to this day they haven't done the service. More than 6 months have passed. Unfortunate!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro/2021 comprei uma mesa com 4 cadeiras, e um dos pés de uma das cadeiras veio quebrado. ATÉ hoje 25.04.2022, nao substituíram ou arrumaram esse pé quebrado. Já acionei a empresa umas 15 vezes e só pedem para aguardar o contato da manutenção.
Não recomendo!!!
In December/2021 I bought a table with 4 chairs, and one of the legs of one of the chairs came broken. UNTIL today 25.04.2022, they have not replaced or fixed this broken foot. I've called the company about 15 times and they just ask to wait for the maintenance contact.
I do not recommend!!!
