Quando retornei na loja para reclamar, tive muita dificuldade para resolver pois, mesmo após deixar claro repetidamente que a estrutura da cadeira estava torta, com um lado mais alto que o outro, funcionários estranhamente passaram a repetir (10 vezes) a mesma pergunta ("É a cadeira ou o estofado que está torto?") ao invés de avaliar a cadeira e identificar o problema. Achei constrangedor pois precisei usar a minha própria fita métrica para medir a altura da cadeira na loja e provar que estava torta. Lamentável.
The chair came crookedly. When I returned to the store to complain, I had a lot of trouble to resolve it because, even after repeatedly making it clear that the chair structure was crooked, with one side higher than the other, employees strangely began to repeat (10 times) the same question (" Is it the chair or the upholstery that is crooked?") rather than evaluating the chair and identifying the problem. I found it embarrassing as I had to use my own measuring tape to measure the height of the chair in the store and prove it was crooked. Unfortunate.

Infelizmente cadeiras são caras, mas aqui te oferecem um produto sob medida: pés, apoios de braço, encosto reclinável, pistão e altura ajustáveis, ou tudo fixo! Você monta no acabamento e cor que desejar. A entrega é bacana, comprei antes do almoço, quando cheguei em casa a cadeira já estava lá.
Good service and realistic prices. Unfortunately chairs are expensive, but here they offer you a bespoke product: feet, armrests, reclining backrest, adjustable piston and height, or everything fixed! You assemble in the finish and color you want. Delivery is nice, I bought it before lunch, when I got home the chair was already there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo pós venda, o pistão da cadeira deu defeito a atendente Cleide prontamente solicitou a troca na mesma hora mesmo tendo passado uns dias da garantia pois não tive tempo de tirar a cadeira do escritório para levar antes. Em 15 minutos sai da loja com a cadeira feita o reparo.
Great after sales, the chair's piston malfunctioned and Cleide promptly requested the replacement at the same time, even though the warranty had passed a few days because I didn't have time to take the chair out of the office to take it away beforehand. In 15 minutes he leaves the store with the chair repaired.
