O da Movida já foi bom. É uma pena.
Peguei o carro sem o tanque cheio, que era uma obrigação da empresa; entreguei com o tanque cheio, e o valor reembolsado pelo combustível foi menor do que eu paguei na bomba. Depois do fato, a Atendente Viviane - atendimento mto ruim - disse q eu poderia ter ligado a chave e abastecido somente a mesma quantia que eu havia pego o carro. Brincadeira!
Acho que a Movida não precisa disso.
Como eu disse no início, vá de Localiza!

I took the car without a full tank, which was a company obligation; I delivered it with a full tank, and the amount refunded for the fuel was less than what I paid at the pump. After the fact, the attendant Viviane - very bad service - said that I could have turned on the key and only refueled the same amount as I had taken the car. Joke!
I think Movida doesn't need that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim como fui tratado, fui a movida trocar o carro, agendado por eles, movida, quando minha mulher me liga dizendo que tem duas pessoas querendo o carro, chamando a polícia e ameaçando em fazer ob, por sinal sem nenhuma identificação ou roupa da movida
Na movida, me disseram que havia um atraso de um mês no pagamento, esse em débito diário à 3 ( três ,) anos sem problema algum, não fomos alertados em momento nenhum que havia dessa " dívida",
Não recomendo essa firma de aluguel de carro para ninguém, PESSIMO

In movida, they told me that there was a delay of one month in payment, this one in daily debt for 3 (three,) years without any problem, we were not alerted at any time that there was this "debt",
I do not recommend this car rental company to anyone, TERRIBLE

Demora para retirar e qdo fui sair com o carro um funcionário estava fazendo check-out de outro veículo e impedindo minha saída, tive que pedir licença e quase pelo amor de Deus para ele facilitar minha saída, funcionário preguiçoso e arrogante. Na devolução do veículo mais demora ainda (1hora) e ele estava lá novamente, passou outro carro na minha frente, demorou para fazer os trâmites e terminou passando para outro funcionário concluir. Mlk deve ser novo pq até a camisa dele estava nova, os outros com camisa mais antiga (ou gasta) são mais experientes, mais safos e educados. Fiquei com um ódio desse funcionário mais novo, MT arrogante e mal educado. Parecia que stava com rei na barriga, nem se fosse dono da empresa justicaria sua postura de mlk mimado .
It used to be good but the service has gone down.
It took a while to pick up and when I went out with the car an employee was checking out of another vehicle and preventing me from leaving, I had to ask permission and almost for God's sake for him to facilitate my departure, lazy and arrogant employee. When returning the vehicle, it took even longer (1 hour) and it was there again, another car passed in front of me, it took a while to complete the procedures and ended up passing it on to another employee to complete. Mlk must be new because even his shirt was new, the others with an older shirt (or worn out) are more experienced, smarter and more polite. I hated this younger employee, arrogant and rude MT. It looked like he had a king in his belly, not even if he owned the company he would justify his pampered mlk posture.

Façam inspeção completa do carro antes de aceitar as chaves, qualquer MÍNIMO arranhão ou morsa deve ser anotado e avisado a atendente, tirem fotos, alugamos no Galeão, ao retornar o veículo na Barra o cidadão demorou meia hora passando o braço na porta como se houvesse algo de errado, no final disse que conseguiu "tirar os arranhões" na lateral do veículo porém o do para choque frontal não foi possível. Ao contestar o fato, e informar que recebemos o carro daquela forma no aeroporto, ele puxou as fotos do carro de 6 MESES atrás disse que o carro não estava naquela condição qnd alugamos.
Alegaram que o checklist do carro foi enviado por email, nunca recebemos, solicitem o CHECKLIST IMPRESSO. Resumindo, dps de barganhar e chamar a gerência, nos cobrou $150 adicionais, no final, levando em conta a dor de cabeça e o princípio da coisa, o barato saiu caro, foi um erro deixar de alugar na LOCALIZA como fazemos habitualmente.
