Sábado que é um dia super cheio deixam apenas uma pessoa atendendo. Serio. Palhaçada isso. E ainda querem ganhar premio no reclame aqui de qualidade. Piada. Descaso com os clientes.
 Almost 40 minutes to find out if you have any cars available to rent. Pity for the only attendant and customers. Saturday, which is a super full day, they leave only one person attending. Serious. Sendo que o valor pago pelo carro, independentemente do adicional, é o mesmo. A loja não possui um rádio ? Um WhatsApp de alguém que está no estacionamento cuidando dos carros ?
Absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei impressionado com a falta de organização desta unidade. As 8 da manhã, com muita gente para ser atendida e a loja com apenas uma atendente. Inclusive com discussões entre os clientes e estresse.
Em meio ao caos, a sorte foi ter a atendente Sandra que estava SOZINHA e mesmo assim foi extremamente atenciosa, profissional e um exemplo.
Quero parabenizar essa atendente publicamente, chamada Sandra, porque essa única estrela que eu tô dando é pra ela, porque a empresa #Movida precisa com urgência rever o processo de atendimento dessa unidade, porque é horrível!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando (UMA) estrela pelo fato de não poder da (ZERO)! Sou recém habilitado, procurei várias locadoras para comparar preços e tudo mais. Bem, resolvi alugar um carro nessa empresa chamada “MOVIDA”, baixei o app e não conseguia concluir o cadastro, fui no “site” mesma situação, muito tempo depois consegui finalizar o cadastro; cadastrei cartão e fiz a reserva do carro, cheguei na loja para pegar o carro e me deparei com a situação de não poder alugar carro por que minha habilitação é a provisória, blz. Oque eu faço agora, tenho que ligar para fazer o estorno do valor que me foi cobrado e para minha surpresa, vou ter que pagar 30% do valor da diária, isso mesmo, o cúmulo do absurdo!!!
Enfim, se não aceitam uma habilitação provisória, deem um jeito de não permitir já no ato da locação tanto no site quanto no app, pois assim como aconteceu comigo deve ter acontecido com outras milhares de pessoas, fomos lesados por essa empresa que vou ter comigo o prazer muito grande de nunca recomendar vocês á ninguém, com exceção do (pocon) para conversar com vocês!

Anyway, if you don't accept a provisional license, find a way to not allow it at the time of the rental both on the website and in the app, because just as it happened to me, it must have happened to thousands of other people, we were harmed by this company that I'm going to have with me the great pleasure of never recommending you to anyone, with the exception of (pocon) to talk to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha Nota 4, foi apenas que deveriam ter passado mais informações quanto aos serviços disponibilizados pela locadora.
Exemplo passei no pedágio e o veículo já possuía o sem parar que na entrega do veículo eles totalizam e pagamos. Logo, não sabia pois não me foi orientado.
E no check-out no Shopping Paulista que fica no Piso G1, falta um pouco mais de conforto para o cliente como disponibilizar uma água ou até mesmo um cafezinho.
No mais, a movida sempre com sua frota impecável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had this experience with this place I book it car yesterday and I have email with confirm and today when I want come take the car they want give me another car with different price this is not business at all zero experience this company and they are rude to me for I was waiting 45 minutes after they told me the car what I booked is not here so bad I lose my time and I left this place as my experience always go with international business company for rent ?
