★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente se recusaram a trocar um carro cujo ar condicionado não estava funcionando e fazendo barulho na embreagem. A justificativa é que não tinha um carro do grupo. Ou seja, alugam carroças e a culpa ainda fica pro consumidor.
 They simply refused to change a car whose air conditioner was not working and was making noise in the clutch. The justification is that it did not have a group car. In other words, they rent carts and the consumer is still to blame.

Terrible service. They didn't approve my reservation but they deducted the shorts from the card now they asked for 7 days to return the shorts.
