★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São ótimos. Por duas vezes tive problemas e logo foi resolvido. Sempre espero uma promoção tipo Corujão, e nunca me arrependo de alugar com a Movida. Carros bons e geralmente novos. Atendimento por telefone é espetacular!
They're great. Twice I had problems and it was soon resolved. I always expect a promotion like Corujão, and I never regret renting with Movida. Good and generally new cars. Telephone service is spectacular!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, porém pra mim não foi tão compensatório alugar um carro, pelo valor da diária, mais tanque cheio, mais o valor do sem parar, mais o valor do pedágio que vc passar, mais valor se vc precisar de um responsável financeiro (já que eles não aceitam cartão sem bandeira bancária), mais a lavagem, mais condutor adicional caso vc precise que alguém dirija pra vc ! Enfim... o atendimento pessoal são muito gentis
Great service, but for me it wasn't as compensatory to rent a car, for the daily rate, more full tank, plus the value of non-stop, plus the toll you spend, more value if you need a financial responsible (already they don't accept card without a bank brand), plus washing, plus additional driver in case you need someone to drive for you! Anyway... the personal service is very kind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Funcionário despreparado e arrogante. Queriam me cobrar uma diária a mais por que a loja DELES abriria após o horário de devolução por ser Feriado. Se a loja abre depois é de responsabilidade deles Certo? Pois é... Péssimo! Horríveis!
Terrible attendance. Unprepared and arrogant employee. They wanted to charge me an extra night because DELES store would open after return hours because it was a Holiday. If the store opens later it's their responsibility Right? Yeah... Terrible! Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento e os carros estão muito mais novos que da localiza. Localiza me deu um upgrade ao avesso. O carro era velho e estava com os bancos sujos, já a MOVIDA me deu um upgrade de verdade. Carro excelente.
Great service and the cars are much newer than the location. Localiza gave me an upgrade in reverse. The car was old and the seats were dirty, MOVIDA gave me a real upgrade. Excellent car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atendendimento, o contrato mal explicado e mal redigido. Faz um contrato de seguro que na verdade não assegura o vidro por exemplo. Houve um pequena avaria no vidro do tamanho da ponta da chave do carro que nem atravessou o vidro queriam me cobrar 800 reais quando o custo é de 600 reais Levei para fazer o reparo rnuma firma especializada reparo esse aceito na vistoria do Detran, a gerente falou que viria o rapaz que troca o vidro para avaliar, e que eu não teria que pegar o carro de volta para trocar o vidro. Voltei na firma paguei a diferença e coloquei outro vidro. Outra coisa irregular é a cobrança de uma coparticipação de valor fixo. A SUSEP esclarece que a coparticipação tem que ser no máximo de 30% do valor se for valor fixo passa a ser franquia. Cuidado com as armadilhas dessas locadoras.A gerente me disse que ele oferecem a proteção do vidro coisa que.nunca me ofereceram. Mandei ela pegar a câmera e ver se ele ofereceu aí.ela se calou. Entrarei na justiça para reaver meus 70% do valor do vidro.
