The studio is a very well structured and organized space. The teacher is excellent, explains the exercises very well, accompanies the student in all activities, guides in each equipment. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou no meu quinto ano de Pilates no Movimento Pilates,meu corpo e outro,cheguei cheio de problemas e estou quase sei Km,troquei horas de fisioterapia,por horas de bem estar e prevenção,tinha problemas crônicos na cervical,mais um pouco esqueço que tive,devo muito a este espaço de bem estar ,prevenção e Recuperação,Recomendo Total.
I'm in my fifth year of Pilates in the Pilates Movement, my body and another, I arrived full of problems and I almost know km, I exchanged hours of physiotherapy, for hours of well being and prevention, I had chronic cervical problems, but I forget that I owe a lot to this space for well-being, prevention and recovery, I totally recommend it.

I have nothing but praise for the Pilates Movement Studio. A very cozy, sanitized and organized structure. The instructor, Yara, is a unique person, super polite, charismatic, very professional and attentive to the particular needs of each client/patient. It is worth checking.

My experience has been the best possible. The teacher is super capable, manages to make all activities possible, making all the adaptations to my needs. I also highlight the organization and professionalism in all aspects, administrative, technical and operational, not to mention the cordiality, the care with which I, we are treated.
