The equipment is not the best, but the teachers make up for anything. They give full attention to the student, correct their posture, are animated and wonderful to us. Especially professors Anderson and Carlos. I recommend!

The equipment is simple and old, but the gym is spacious and is never crowded, so you can train calmly. The price is great, it's definitely the best cost-benefit in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar próximo da minha casa , tem um preço promocional no horário entre 11 as 17hs ... Infelizmente os aparelhos alguns deixam a desejar , esteiras não tão todas funcionando, os aparelhos transport não estão funcionando parte do braço... e tem um na manutenção, mas no mais ,daqui do bairro prefiro fazer nela, ainda é a melhorzinha daqui próximo.. Os professores são atenciosos.
A place close to my house, there is a promotional price between 11 am and 5 pm... Unfortunately, some of the devices leave something to be desired, treadmills not all working, the transport devices are not working part of the arm... and there is one in maintenance , but besides, from here in the neighborhood I prefer to do it there, it's still the best one around here.. The teachers are attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse daria 3.7. Pelos mesmos motivos da Viva Fitness. Por ser uma academia de bairro presta o serviço necessário, porém tem muitos halteres improvisados, esteiras com defeitos. Porém, tem mais opções. Tem bicicleta e elíptico. Tem 2 aparelhos para crucifixo, 3 Crossover e qdo um aparelho entra em manutenção, é consertado rapidamente. Muitas opções de halteres coloridos e muitas anilhas para barras e muuuuuuita Barra livre. Tem uns aparelhos interessantes.
No geral é muito boa, um quase 4 estrelas. Recomendo!!!!
If I could give it 3.7. For the same reasons as Viva Fitness. As it is a neighborhood gym, it provides the necessary service, but it has many improvised dumbbells and faulty treadmills. However, there are more options. There is a bicycle and an elliptical. It has 2 devices for crucifix, 3 Crossover and when a device goes into maintenance, it is quickly fixed. Lots of colorful dumbbell options and lots of barbell plates and soooo free bar. There are some interesting devices.
Overall it's very good, almost 4 stars. I recommend!!!!
