★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura da academia no quesito equipamentos é bacana, equipamentos não tão novos mas em bom estado e conta com barra livre para squat, dumbbells até 72kg, algo incomum na região. A única falha, porém uma bastante grave é seguir o modelo smart fit, com professores nos horários de pico desinteressados em ajudar, então não recomendo para iniciantes, os alunos da academia por sua vez são o contrário, pessoal muito simpático e sempre disposto a ajudar caso necessário, desde um spot básico até algumas dicas de treino
The structure of the gym in terms of equipment is nice, equipment not so new but in good condition and has free bar for squat, dumbbells up to 72kg, something unusual in the region. The only flaw, but a very serious one, is to follow the smart fit model, with teachers at peak times uninterested in helping, so I don't recommend it for beginners, the academy students are the opposite, very friendly staff and always willing to help if necessary, from a basic spot to some training tips
