Na primeira vez que pedi a demora foi grande por falta de motoboy, lanche chegou frio. Fiz a reclamação e o restaurante se desculpou e deu um desconto para próxima compra. Usei o desconto e foi tudo ok, dentro do esperado.
A terceira compra demorou pq o motoboy se perdeu, chegou tudo frio...
Agora na quarta compra, foi tudo um desastre, não tinha hambúrguer suficiente e só avisaram após começar o preparo. Dando um desconto como a restaurante disse simbólico" de 6 reais. Quando recebo o hambúrguer já frio e nem sei pq já que a entrega foi até rápida, além da falta do hambúrguer trocaram o molho principal do lanche sem avisar. Compro sempre o mesmo lanche pois é um dos poucos que não vai com molho cheddar, aí eles mandam com molho cheddar. Se eu pedisse para trocar o molho provavelmente iria ter um custo ou se negariam como toda hamburgueria faz. Agora sou obrigada a consumir um produto totalmente diferente do que pedi pq o restaurante decidiu fazer do jeito dele. Falta profissionalismo.
Each order, a different problem.
The first time I ordered the delay was long due to lack of courier, the snack arrived cold. I made the complaint and the restaurant apologized and gave a discount for the next purchase. I used the discount and everything was ok, as expected.
The third purchase took a long time because the courier got lost, everything arrived cold...
Now on the fourth purchase, everything was a disaster, there was not enough hamburger and they only told me after starting the preparation. Giving a discount, as the restaurant said, symbolic, of 6 reais. When I receive the hamburger already cold and I don't even know why since the delivery was even quick, in addition to the lack of the hamburger, they changed the main sauce of the snack without warning. I always buy the same snack because it's one of the few that doesn't go with cheddar sauce, so they send it with cheddar sauce. If I asked to change the sauce it would probably have a cost or they would refuse like every burger shop does. Now I'm forced to consume a totally different product than what I do. I asked because the restaurant decided to do it his way.
