Às 22:16 ainda nao havia sido preparado, liguei e eles nem sabiam que existia o pedido, e o atendente disse que ja iria mandar entregar. Às 23:17 os palhaços colocaram o pedido como entregue e não recebi nada, nem me ligaram pra informar algo. Perdi cupom, fiquei sem comer... Total falta de respeito com consumidor.
Terrible, horrible. I don't know how ifood still accepts this antics. My order confirmed at 21:16. At 22:16 it had not yet been prepared, I called and they didn't even know the order existed, and the clerk said he would have it delivered. At 11:17 pm the clowns put the order as delivered and I didn't receive anything, nor did they call me to inform me. I lost a coupon, I didn't eat ... Total lack of respect for consumers.
