Nem tiveram o trabalho de mandar para a análise. Nunca mais compro nada lá.Falta de respeito com o cliente.

Tentei fazer a troca de um sapato que me venderam num número errado e até hoje estou esperando a “avaliação” do meu caso, que segundo a gerente Juliana, só poderia ser feita pela dona da loja (Érica).
Todas as vezes que eu ligo, recusam a chamada e tampouco me respondem no WhatsApp da loja (+55 22 98837-6991), apesar de visualizarem.
Total falta de consideração!
