★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é bonita, há razoáveis opções de cookies e tem uma gama de cafés. Os cookies são gostosos, macios por dentro. Mas isso não justifica o preço do tradicional ser R$ 7,00 e o mais gourmet ser R$ 10,00. Achei bem superfaturado, pois os cookies do Subway têm o mesmo gosto, são bons e custam R$ 4,50. Achei o atendimento um tanto quanto distante, a moça do balcão não me falou sobre os produtos, não disse sobre os cafés e não pareceu muito simpática. Mas, claro, alguns dirão que é porque parece dos EUA, que já foram nas melhores lojas e é a mesma coisa e toda uma falácia... Entretanto bons cookies são bem mais baratos lá (mesmo convertendo em real) e existe um vasto leque de opções. Conclusão: não me cativou de jeito algum.

I found the service a bit distant, the girl at the counter didn't tell me about the products, didn't say about the coffees and didn't seem very friendly. However, good cookies are much cheaper there (even converting into real) and there is a wide range of options. Conclusion: it did not captivate me at all.
