★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Primeira e última vez que fiz pedido neste estabelecimento. Fiz pedido pelo aplicativo às 19:18h são 21:38h e nada. Estou ligando desde as 20:30h e telefone só dá fora de área. Muita falta de respeito com os clientes. Experiência decepcionante, nunca mais voltarei a pedir.
Terrible attendance. First and last time I ordered at this establishment. I asked for the application at 19: 18h is 21: 38h and nothing. I've been calling since 8:30 pm and the phone only gives out of the area. Much lack of respect with customers. Disappointing experience, I will never ask again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos a 1 mês atrás e não tinha FRANGO... um absurdo pra um estabelecimento onde o logotipo é frango e faltar oq seria o prato principal da casa, pois bem.. hoje resolvi dar uma segunda chance.. foi ainda mais trágico kkkk pq a casa não estava cheia (tinham muitas mesas vazias) e não tinha: guaraná, nenhum tipo de suco, meu esposo pediu gelo e também não tinha.. depois eu pedi uma bebida e a mesma veio com gelo, não entendi nada.. acho que não gostaram da cara dele tadinho kkk depois fui pedir uma torta na taça e tamb não tinha kkkk só um conselhos pra adm.. trabalhe com estoque que vcs vão se dar melhor... não volt9 mais.. só quando trocarem a adm...
We went 1 month ago and there was no CHICKEN ... absurd for an establishment where the logo is chicken and missing what would be the main dish of the house, well .. today I decided to give it a second chance .. it was even more tragic kkkk why the house was not full (there were many empty tables) and there was: guarana, no juice, my husband asked for ice and neither did .. after I ordered a drink and it came with ice, I didn't understand anything .. I think who did not like his face poor little kkk later I went to order a pie in the cup and also had no kkkk just an advice to adm .. work with stock that you will give better ... no more back .. only when they change the adm. ..

Reclamei e eles foram super compreensiveis, e me disseram que na proxima compra eu teria uma batata de cortesia por conta do ocorrido (desde que meu pedido seja por telefone). hoje dei uma segunda chance e me arrependi amargamente, liguei e ninguém atendeu, pedi pelo aplicativo e demorou somente 1:40h pra entregar além do motoboy ficar com meu troco. Experiência péssima, não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo.
I had two horrible experiences, at first the snack took an hour and a half to arrive and came all burst. I complained and they were super understanding, and they told me that on the next purchase I would have a courtesy potato (as long as my order is by phone). Today I gave a second chance and regretted bitterly, I called and no one answered, I asked for the application and it took only 1: 40h to deliver beyond motoboy keep my change. bad experience, do not recommend even to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento PÉSSIMO, não tem nem explicação o descaso que essa lanchonete tem com os clientes. Nunca vi uma lanchonete que não tem 1 telefone sequer para contato, já devem fazerem isso de maldade mesmo pra não resolver os problemas que acontecem! Aliás, do que adianta uma embalagem bonitinha por fora se a embalagem do lanche/frango (que é a mesma) vem toda estourada? Vocês também deveriam ter vergonha de entregar a batata no estado que batata chega, o cheddar fica mais na sacola do que na batata. Horrível. Não recomendo a ninguém.
AWESOME service, there is no explanation for the neglect that this cafeteria has with its customers. I have never seen a cafeteria that does not even have 1 phone to contact, they must do this out of spite even to not solve the problems that happen! By the way, what good is a cute packaging on the outside if the packaging of the snack / chicken (which is the same) is all broken? You should also be ashamed to deliver the potato in the condition that the potato arrives, the cheddar is more in the bag than in the potato. Horrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.
