★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no Condomínio Portal do Pilar, no primeiro ano morando no apto já começaram as infiltrações nas paredes e no teto do banheiro.
Construiram dois blocos de péssima qualidade, fizeram algumas manutenções/paliativos pra tentar resolver a infiltração , mas não resolveu o problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um apartamento no Condomínio Portal do Pilar, executado pela MR construtora a três anos atrás. Todo ano quando chove sofremos com problemas de infiltração. Vejam as fotos anexas a este comentário. A construtora economizou o máximo possível em tudo que pode. O padrão construtivo é o pior possível. As alvenarias do prédio estão todas trincadas e por meio destas trincas a água da chuva infiltra nos apartamentos e mofa móveis, armários. O ambiente fica insalubre. Quanto a este problema a construtura alega que é problema de manutenção do condomínio. Agora imagina, aonde já se viu o condomínio dar manutenção em trincas. Fica muito fácil. A construtora faz um serviço porco e empurra para os compradores a responsabilidade de tapar os buracos ocasionados por ela. Além disto, a vedação da cobertura é inexistente. A construtora não chumbou os rufos na alvenaria tampouco aplicou um selante adequado. Ela apenas rebitou e aplicou silicone sobre a emenda do rufo com a parede. Com o calor o rufo dilata e descola da parede. Serviço amador para não falar que foi um ato de má fé. Para se ter ideia do serviço porco executado pela construtora, a calha foi apoiada com pedaços de cano, pedaços de padra ou coisas do tipo que encontraram no caminho. Lamentável.

The builder did not hit the brickwork on the masonry and did not apply a suitable sealant. She just riveted and applied silicone over the casing splicing with the wall. With heat the rufus dilates and takes off the wall. Amateur service not to mention that it was an act of bad faith. To get an idea of the pig service performed by the builder, the gutter was propped up with pieces of pipe, pieces of padra, or things of the kind found on the way. Unfortunate.
