I've been waiting for 23 minutes for a chicken dish (frangolino). The attendant said it took 10 minutes at most. Just the time to grill the chicken.

Pedi uma vitamina como não tinha canudo e a atendente (mais preocupada com o papo que estava tendo com um funcionário do shopping) sugeriu usar colher kkkk. Gerente da franquia ou dono se liguem pois o serviço é péssimo!!
Very poor service !!
I asked for a smoothie as there was no straw and the attendant (more concerned with the conversation I was having with a mall employee) suggested using a kkkk spoon. Franchise manager or owner call because the service is terrible !!
