★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta ai uma imobiliária que só tem nome. Nada mais. Falta respeito, simpatia, compromisso conosoco e principalmente ética. Tá ai uma palavra que de certeza eles não sabem o significado! Pior imobiliária da minha vida. Com certeza não alugo mais casas com eles. Abrem o estabelecimento atrasados, temos que ficar a espera. Não resolvem nada pra gente, dizem que alugam o apartamento em perfeitas condições, pois bem. Logo que alugamos verificamos na primeira semana que 2 pias tinham vazamento e a privada do banheiro estava balançando (folgada) pedimos mandarem alguém consertar e só depois de 8 meses mandaram alguém consertar depois de muita insistência. Aí uma vez atrasamos o aluguel, imprevistos acontecem certo? Eles ficavam ligando, mandando recados da dona da casa. Se alugamos uma casa na imobiliária não temos que ter contato nem ficar mandando recadinho. Imaturidade de ambas partes. Quando fomos na imobiliária pagar o aluguel porque eles dão um boleto que não funciona, 1 ano e o boleto não funciona, toda vez pra pagar tem que ir na imobiliária. Eu disse pra eles que não estava contente com o atendimento e que quando é pra resolver coisas pra nós eles não resolvem nada mas quando é pra dona da casa, ficam pertubando. Nisso a atendente que fica na mesa ao lado do "gerente" falou bem alto com a sala cheia de gente, "mas vocês não pagaram" e gritando comigo. Disse que não estava justificando o atraso e sim que eles deveriam se preocupar com quem está alugando, não só com a dona. Falta de respeito, de etica. Um horror!
This is a real estate that only has a name. Just it. Lack of respect, sympathy, commitment, and especially ethics. There is a word that surely they do not know the meaning! Worst real estate in my life. I certainly do not rent more houses with them. They open the property late, we have to stand the wait. They do not solve anything for us, they say they rent the apartment in perfect condition, well. As soon as we rented, we noticed in the first week that 2 sinks were leaking and the bathroom toilet was swaying (we asked for someone to fix it) and after 8 months they had someone fix it after much insistence. Then once we delay the rent, unforeseen happen right? They kept calling, sending messages from the lady of the house. If we rent a house in the real estate we do not have to have contact or keep sending a message. Immaturity on both sides. When we went in the real estate to pay the rent because they give a ticket that does not work, 1 year and the ticket does not work, every time to pay has to go in the real estate. I told them that I was not happy with the service and that when it is to solve things for us they do not solve anything but when it comes to the owner of the house, they are disturbing. At that, the clerk at the table next to the "manager" spoke loudly with the crowded room, "but you did not pay" and yelled at me. He said that he was not justifying the delay, but that they should worry about who he is renting, not just the owner. Lack of respect, of ethics. Horrible!

Extremante mal educada a moça que me atendeu, zero de vontade de fechar negócio e de vender.
Como disseram em um dos comentários o estabelecimento deveria abrir as 14hrs, porém nunca abre esse horário. Extremante mal educados e péssimos profissionais. Não recomendo!

The girl who attended me was extremely impolite, zero willingness to close a deal and sell.
As they said in one of the comments the establishment should open at 14hrs, but it never opens that time. Extremely rude and bad professionals. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr imóveis, pior imobiliária que já tive contato. Péssimo atendimento, atendentes totalmente despreparadas e o corretor acha que é uma celebridade (Neymar) pois ninguém consegue o contato dele. Bufa fria.
Mr real estate, worst real estate I've ever had contact with. Bad service, totally unprepared attendants and the broker thinks he is a celebrity (Neymar) because no one can get in touch with him. Cold snort.
