Eu sou chato com meu carro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só perdi tempo, dizem que fazem e tal o serviço, chega na loja, muita dificuldade e pouca realidade. Não recomendo. As perguntas básicas de o que carro tem é o que não tem, têm que ser feitas no contato e não na loja. Aí sugerem que vc procurem uma especializada. Ou seja, diz que é especializada em lubrificantes, mas é loja de trocador de óleo.
I just wasted time, they say they do the job and all, it arrives at the store, a lot of difficulty and little reality. I do not recommend. The basic questions about what car has is what it doesn't have, they have to be asked in contact and not in the store. Then they suggest that you look for a specialist. In other words, it says it specializes in lubricants, but it is an oil changer shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há mais de 15 anos…como sempre Fui muito bem atendido, porém pedi pro trabalhador deixar escorrer o óleo bastante, e o Lucas, filho do proprietário, perguntou o que que eles estavam esperando, e falou para colocar logo bujão, já que poderia vir outro carro e eles deixarem de faturar.
Falei com ele e retrucou “se deixar o óleo
escorrendo fica pingando por dois dias e não dá pra esperar. Mas como foi vc que pediu tudo bem” quando voltei pra falar com trabalhador ele já tinha colocado bujão e o filtro. Sinceramente não sei se volto
I've been a customer for over 15 years... as always I was very well attended, but I asked the worker to let the oil drain a lot, and Lucas, the owner's son, asked what they were waiting for, and told them to put a plug right away, since another car could come and they would stop billing.
I spoke to him and he replied “if you let the oil
dripping is dripping for two days and can't wait. But since you asked for everything ok” when I went back to talk to the worker he had already put the plug and the filter. I honestly don't know if I'll be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA ! Mandaram para um local melhor mas que está mal sinalizado. Ao ser alertado sobre isso por um cliente, o proprietário foi grosseiro e mal educado. E o preço dos insumos está elevado. Preço alto e má educação, é difícil de aturar. Procurei outro lugar para fazer os serviços.
TERRIBLE! They sent it to a better location but it is poorly signposted. Upon being alerted to this by a customer, the owner was rude and impolite. And the price of inputs is high. High price and bad manners, it's hard to put up with. I looked for another place to do the services.
