★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um aplicativo que ninguém sabe ao certo como funciona, os instrutores que eu tive contato parecem não saberem ao certo a diferença entre treino de hipertrofia, força e resistência. Desencontro de informações sobre quando trocar o treino, dificuldade de ser entendido na hora de montar o treino. E a gota d'água foi quando solicitei a troca, além de fazerem um treino diferente do que pedi, o mesmo não veio com dia de perna!!!!
 There's an app that nobody knows for sure how it works, the instructors I've had contact with don't seem to know for sure the difference between hypertrophy, strength and endurance training. Mismatch of information on when to change the training, difficulty to be understood when setting up the training. And the last straw was when I requested the change, besides doing a different training than I asked, the same did not come with a leg day !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço, aparelhos, e profissionais internos são bons, porém só não tenha que resolver problemas com a gerência, que além de falta de profissionalismo, é extremamente despreparada e ainda fogem dos problemas. Gerência da unidade do Iguaçu é fraca, e são excelentes para conquistar um novo aluno mas são melhores ainda para perdê-los. Lamentável!
The space, equipment, and internal professionals are good, but just don't have to solve problems with the management, which besides being lacking professionalism, is extremely unprepared and still escapes from the problems. The management of the Iguaçu unit is weak, and they are excellent for winning a new student, but they are even better for losing them. Unfortunate!
