★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com o pessoal do Mr.Press desesperada num domingo a noite e eles iniciaram o atendimento quase meia noite. Passaram orçamento e me tranquilizaram que meu poster poderia ser impresso em tempo. O atendimento foi excelente e a impressão ficou ótima. Recomendo!
I contacted the desperate Mr.Press staff on a Sunday night and they started the service almost midnight. They budgeted and assured me that my poster could be printed on time. The service was excellent and the impression was great. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem responsabilidade nenhuma recebem um arquivo para plotagem as 15:30h da tarde, e mesmo eu ligando diversas vezes para saber se estava tudo certo e recebendo um orçamento, ou seja conseguiram ver o arquivo!! No final do dia as 20:00h com a loja fechando alegaram que o arquivo teve "problemas" e não puderam realizar o serviço! Sendo que eles tiveram a tarde toda para avisar isso e meu contato no e-mail para eventuais problemas e nenhum momento isso aconteceu. Coloquei 01 estrela se pudesse colocaria 0.
They don't have any responsibility, they receive a file for plotting at 3:30 pm, and even I called several times to see if everything was ok and received a quote, that is, they managed to see the file!! At the end of the day at 20:00h with the store closing they claimed that the file had "problems" and could not perform the service! Since they had all afternoon to notify this and my contact in the email for any problems and no time this happened. I put 01 star if I could put 0.
