★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é demorado sempre, mesmo com poucas pessoa . O preço moderado . E o atendimento das duas vezes q fui , péssimo. Todas parecem está trabalhando de graça.
Service is always time consuming, even with a few people. The moderate price. And the attendance of the two times I went, terrible. They all look like they're working for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar -5 estrelas eu daria pelo atendimento. Uma demora absurda que não supera a qualidade do produto! É revoltante demais o tempo que se espera pra tomar 1 sorvete. Se fosse 1 hambúrguer ou pizza TALVEZ fosse compreensível, mas é SORVETE. Mesmo estando praticamente vazio, demora. As poucas funcionárias ficam conversando, não trabalham com agilidade. Perdeu muito no meu conceito!
If I could give -5 stars I would give for the service. An absurd delay that does not exceed the quality of the product! It is too revolting the time you wait to have 1 ice cream. If it were 1 hamburger or pizza MAYBE it would be understandable, but it is ICE CREAM. Even though it is practically empty, it takes time. The few employees are talking, they do not work with agility. You lost a lot in my concept!
