★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no site do Amazon, com prazo de entrega até 14/04/2020 (ainda está dentro do prazo), porém a transportadora não atualiza o código de rastreamento do consumidor para acompanhar o processo de transporte e entrega do produto adquirido. Enfim, resolvi entrar em contato devido a proximidade do prazo de entrega e os relatos dos demais consumidores em relação a transportadora. Gostaria de saber se pelo menos o produto já encontra-se na cidade de destino (João Pessoa - PB), e se possível podem atualizar o código de rastreamento, pois é muito inconveniente e desrespeitoso o ato de deixar o consumidor "no escuro".

I made a purchase on the Amazon website, with delivery time until 4/14/2020 (it is still on time), but the carrier does not update the consumer tracking code to follow the transport and delivery process of the purchased product. Anyway, I decided to contact you due to the proximity of the delivery time and the reports of other consumers in relation to the carrier. I would like to know if at least the product is already in the destination city (João Pessoa - PB), and if possible they can update the tracking code, as it is very inconvenient and disrespectful to leave the consumer "in the dark".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente liguei pra essa empresa pois no Google aparece como SEQUOIA que é um pesadelo pra qualquer um ,esta empresa e a DHL eu acho, não é a SEQUOIA que não atende ligações, é impossível entrar em contato com eles,e ainda fazem falsa tentativa de entrega,pesquisem no Reclame Aqui e vcs vão ver.
People called this company because on Google it appears as SEQUOIA which is a nightmare for anyone, this company and DHL I think, it is not SEQUOIA that does not answer calls, it is impossible to contact them, and they still make a false attempt to delivery, search on Reclame Aqui and you will see.
