Trabalham, também, com prestação de aulas para aprendizes, contudo, com este publico jovem, são inflexíveis e os conteúdos programados não são atrativos. Alguns professores ainda tentam motivar os alunos mas a motivação criada pela empresa é muito pequena, tanto para professores como alunos.
A "dona" da empresa - coloco entre aspas por não saber se é a dona mesmo, ou se é apenas forma de se referir, gerência a empresa de Fortaleza e não conhece a realidade de João Pessoa nem de quem trabalha/utiliza os serviços prestados pela unidade. Quando vem a unidade não vem buscando entender os problemas e solucioná-los de maneira mais agradável pra todos, mas sim da forma mais fácil para ela, de maneira bem ditatorial, por isso, acredito que a gestão de pessoas é defasada.
Espero que a empresa repense sua política neste aspecto, pois acabam perdendo ótimos profissionais por estarem desestimulados!

Some teachers still try to motivate students but the motivation created by the company is very small, both for teachers and students.
The "owner" of the company - I put it in quotation marks because I do not know if it is the owner itself, or if it is just a way of referring, I manage the company in Fortaleza and do not know the reality of João Pessoa or of those who work / use the services provided by the unit. When the unit comes, it does not seek to understand the problems and solve them in a way that is more pleasant for everyone, but rather in the easiest way for it, in a very dictatorial way, so I believe that people management is outdated.
I hope the company will rethink its policy in this regard, as they end up losing great professionals because they are discouraged!
