★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO! Colocam número de WhatsApp no site, que não é da loja, é de um técnico, que responde mais e grosseiramente como se a gente soubesse que o número não é da loja. Péssima atenção com os clientes. Parece que não fazem questão de vender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi melhor... Não confio mais. Eletrodomésticos voltam com o mesmo defeito ou até com outros. Fazem uma "gambiarra" no produto e tem que se voltar ao local para que consertem novamente. Me senti enganada e literalmente joguei dinheiro fora. Não recomendo.
It was better ... I don't trust it anymore. Appliances come back with the same defect or even with others. They make a "gambiarra" in the product and you have to go back to the place to have it repaired again. I felt cheated and literally threw money away. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos profissionais. Coloquei dois aparelhos para consertar no dia 03/09 e tive que tirar de lá para colocar em outro local no dia 24/10. Eles não providenciaram as peças necessárias e sempre que ligava para saber davam uma desculpa diferente. Não recomendo.
Terrible professionals. I put two appliances to fix on 9/3 and had to remove from there to put in another place on 10/24. They did not provide the necessary parts and whenever they called to find out they gave a different excuse. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizado , há 3 meses deixei uma chaleira elétrica para conserto é até hoje eu não consigo pegar de volta ! Primeiro não havia peças, depois estava chegando as peças, depois não tinha as peças e quando fui pegar a minha chaleira elétrica me entregaram outra de outra marca e ainda estou esperando aparecer a minha. Total bagunça.
Very disorganized, 3 months ago I left an electric kettle for repair, I still can't get it back! First there were no parts, then the parts were arriving, then there were no parts and when I went to get my electric kettle they handed me another one from another brand and I'm still waiting for mine to appear. Total mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empress agiu de maneira desonesta. A visita custava R$40, porém cobrou R$150 de uma pessoa idosa que não sabia se defender propriamente, só pra destravar o painel da máquina de lavar, sem negociar antes.
Não recomendo!!!
Temos que evitar que esse tipo de empresa prospere na nossa cidade.
