Se ele desistir da comprar, não atendem as ligações, não dão atenção e não resolvem a burocracia para a desistência do contrato. Esses vendedores tem que saber perder e ganhar. Muitos não tem o perfil para trabalhar com desistência do cliente. Se vc compra é bem tratado, se não compra não fazem nada para ajudar. Eu vivenciei e estou aguardando resposta. Pois desistir da compra. Estou sendo muito mau atendida.
