Já a qualidade dos empreedimentos é muito questionavel, não há atraso para entrega, mas fique muito atento na hora da vistoria dos imoveis para entrega, pois caso fique faltando algo a empresa dificilmente irá corrigir sem antes muita dor de cabeça, mas se você ver o problema antes da entrega certamente a empresa irá correr para fazer o serviço e entregar o apt para não ter que pagar IPTU e taxas de condominio.
