★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos do condomínio Caminho das Aroeiras estão insatisfeitos . O condomínio está pronto segundo a Caixa Econômica. E já começaram a cobrar o financiamento. Antes msm de terem entregado as chaves! E MRV fica dizendo q falta terminar. Marcam a entrega das chaves e ficam adiando. Sem falar q o meu bloco é o 25 e está sendo o último em tudo. Praticamente todos já foram vistoriados. E o 25 ainda nada! O Pior é pagarem o financiamento sem entregarem as chaves!
All of the Caminho das Aroeiras condominium are dissatisfied. The condo is ready according to Caixa Econômica. And they have already started to collect the financing. Before they even handed over the keys! And MRV keeps saying it's missing. They schedule the delivery of the keys and keep putting it off. Not to mention that my block is 25 and is being the last in everything. Virtually everyone has been inspected. And 25 still nothing! The worst thing is to pay the financing without handing over the keys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita propaganda e promessas na hora de vender, depois esquece que o cliente muitas vezes se desdobra para pagar entrada, evolução de obra, financiamento que já está sendo cobrado, além de aluguel e não entrega o empreendimento já pronto.
(Segundo as propagandas utilizadas pela própria construtora para vender os outros empreendimentos vizinhos. O Condomínio Parque Caminho das Aroeiras Caruaru/PE já está pronto).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe comprou um ap com a promessa de uma promoção e até hoje dá dor de cabeça. O apartamento do meu tio está pronto e não entregam, em Caruaru. As cobranças chegam com erros. Muita propaganda e pouco esforço. Nem a central ajudou em nada. Mesmo com provas. Empresa péssima... Corram!
My mom bought an ap with the promise of a promotion and even today it gives me a headache. My uncle's apartment is ready and not delivered in Caruaru. Charges arrive in error. Too much advertising and too little effort. Not even the central helped anything. Even with evidence. Lousy company ... Run!
