 My sister lives there, I liked it a lot. Super well located for everything .. Shopping, hospital, bank, square, and subway to Fortaleza. Very organized, rigid, very familiar environment. Very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício com estacionamento amplo, lipo e seguro.Ambiente familiar, com area de laser e playground.com blocos de apartamentos em boa distancia uns dos outros.Portaria 24 horas com atendimento e boa segurança. Infelismente apesar de ter 5 andares, não dispõe de elevador.
Building with ample parking, lipo and insurance. Family environment, with laser area and playground. With apartment blocks at good distance from each other. 24-hour concierge with service and good security. Unfortunately, despite having 5 floors, there is no elevator.
