PEDI UMA SIMULAÇÃO DO IMÓVEL MACAÚBA ELE BEM GENTIL E ÁGIL SOLICITOU OS MEUS DOCUMENTOS E EU JÁ FUI CLARA EM RELAÇÃO AS MINHA CONDIÇÕES E VALORES QUE EU PODIA PAGAR, E ASSIM ELE ME DISSE QUE O VALOR QUE EU TINHA GUARDADO DARIA CERTO PARA A ENTRADA. QUANDO ELE VOLTOU MINHA LIGAÇÃO ME INFORMANDO QUE TINHA APROVADO MINHA FICHA ME PEDIU PARA QUE EU FOSSE À AV. PRESIDENTE VARGAS FALAR C/ FLAVIANO CHEGANDO LA ELE ME PEDIU O DOBRO DO VALOR EM ENTRADA E ENTÃO DISSE QUE NÃO DARIA PRA MIM. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender o apartamento tudo lindo e maravilhoso, combina um valor de entrada com você e vai chegando às parcelas vem totalmente diferente, eles aproveitam que somos leigos nesses assuntos imobiliários e não nos informa corretamente sobre as cláusulas do contrato. A MRV não é transparente e esses descontos que eles iludem dando pra todos vem cobrando o dobro ao longo do tempo. Gente não se enganem.

E estamos todos futuros moradores do condomínio apertados, esgotados, cansados psicologicamente, ninguém da uma posição, as vistorias estão super lentas, até agora não fiz a minha já passou o prazo de entrega das chaves ??
Eles colocaram 1 Mulher só pra fazer vistorias, que calma é essa?
Estou pagando juros obra, aluguel e a entrada e eles de enrolação.
Não indico!!!
