★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido certinho, com atenção, a vendedora me mostrou algumas opções, porém, percebi ela um pouco nervosa e falando baixo, onde escutava mais o pessoal no salão do que ela. Me perguntou por mais de uma vez qual seria a localização ideal do imóvel. Sei que as vezes todos nós podemos ficar nervosos nos nossos trabalhos, porém, fui objetivo ao falar a localização preferida e ela continuou perguntando sobre as outras localizações. O vendedor hoje tem que ser objetivo também, passar os valores e procurar ser o mais breve no seu atendimento, pois o tempo hoje em dia, temos que usar com inteligência. A vendedora foi educada e atenciosa, mas os pontos a melhorar são, tempo e tom de voz.

The seller today has to be objective too, pass the values and try to be as brief in his service, because the time nowadays, we have to use it intelligently. The saleswoman was polite and attentive, but the points to improve are time and tone of voice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel, não indico a ninguém desde o dia 23 de outubro to esperando pra eles me extonar o valor porque nao deu certo de financiar por agora e até hoje não devolveram.
Horrible, I haven't indicated it to anyone since October 23, I'm waiting for them to extinguish the amount because it didn't work out to finance it for now and until today they haven't returned it.
