★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dei 5 estrelas,pq eu acho que o compromisso entre profissional e cliente deve ser de ambos os lados. E quando isso não acontece,o mínimo que deveria fazer 'é um pedido de desculpas', reconhecer o erro.( Atitude que não houve). Fora isso, fui muito bem tratada.
I just didn't give it 5 stars, because I think the commitment between professional and client must be on both sides. And when that doesn't happen, the least you should do 'is an apology', acknowledge the mistake. (Attitude that wasn't there). Other than that, I was treated very well.

tranquilidade, compromisso. Mais que profissionalismo e atendimento de qualidade, o MS é um salão muito humano. Você vai para cuidar da imagem, da estética - e sai extremamente satisfeita com a qualidade do serviço -, mas acaba cuidando da alma também (uma verdadeira terapia). O atendimento é impecável do início ao fim - todas as meninas são muito gentis, atenciosas e competentes; o acabamento e a finalização são excelentes (você pede um simples corte de cabelo e, nele, já estão inclusas a lavagem e a secagem - às vezes, parece até que você fez escova, de tão bem tratado e cuidado o cabelo). Sou cliente há mais de 6 anos por indicação de uma amiga e já recomendei o salão para várias outras amigas, que também se tornaram clientes. Adoro o salão!
Quality, competence, punctuality, cleanliness,
tranquility, commitment. More than professionalism and quality service, MS is a very human salon. You go to take care of the image, the aesthetics - and leave extremely satisfied with the quality of the service -, but you end up taking care of the soul too (a real therapy). The service is impeccable from start to finish - all the girls are very kind, attentive and competent; the finishing and finishing are excellent (you ask for a simple haircut and, in it, washing and drying are already included - sometimes, it even looks like you made a brush, the hair is so well treated and taken care of). I have been a customer for over 6 years on the recommendation of a friend and I have already recommended the salon to several other friends, who have also become customers. I love the salon!
